Some are mindfulness exercises useful to manage and treat stress, anxiety, anger, etc. Others are deeper, more introspective meditations on the nature of experience/reality. I will also have some dialogues covering a range of different subjects such as meditation, mental health, happiness, spirituality and more. I also offer personalised meditations for clients at a reasonable cost. I will continue to posts guided meditations on the channel as time permits.
